Refund policy

Every Casa Viajero piece is built to a high standard, and we still stand behind it. Every item carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, and if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. This policy applies to all our products, including lighters and humidors.

1. 1-year warranty (all items)

Every product is covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from delivery, including sale items, bundles and personalized items. If your item has a defect, we'll replace it free of charge. If a replacement isn't available, we'll refund it.

To make a claim, email support@casaviajero.com with your order number and a short video showing the defect. Our team will review it and get back to you with next steps.

2. 30-day returns

Not happy with your purchase? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. What's eligible depends on the product:

  • Lighters: can be returned as long as they're unused and have never been filled with butane. For safety reasons, a lighter that has been filled can't be returned. If a filled lighter has a defect, it's still fully covered by the 1-year warranty.
  • Humidors: returns apply to full-price purchases only. Sale items and orders using a promo code aren't eligible.

How to return:

  • Email support@casaviajero.com with your order number before sending anything back.
  • Items should be unused and in their original packaging, with all accessories included.
  • Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Damaged or wrong item on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and an unboxing video showing the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Good to know

  • Bundles (such as the Reserva Kit) and engraved or personalized items aren't eligible for 30-day returns.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, natural leather marks, color variation and patina, or damage from misuse, drops, accidents, modifications, low-quality fuel or overfilling.
  • This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under the laws where you live.
